Our Aim - To Provide The Best Support

We use a person-centred approach and person-centred thinking tools to ensure that all the support is personalised, outcome-focused and flexible. Both the people that require support and our staff team use one page profiles so we can match the best skills and interests to all the people we support.

Everyone will be assigned a key worker who will help support the person to have their say and make sure that their voice is heard and opinions are listened too. Key workers will encourage and support individuals to reach their personal goals, dreams and aspirations.

Support plans will be developed with the person, their family and friends, advocates and anyone else who is important to them. We will promote circles of support for those who wish to enable each individual to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Support plans will include planning a programme of activities based on the person’s interests using community mapping to ensure social inclusion and community presence. As part of support planning we will explore education and work opportunities to support learning and development.

Our handpicked team of highly skilled professionals have a vast knowledge and expertise in the engagement and support of people who have Learning Disabilities and Autism. Each member of staff receives regular training in specific areas, including autism and the triad of impairments, so they have the ability and understanding of the people they support and how they see things around them – this in turn will provide the team with the skills to help support people in a more person-centred way.

Our aim is to create an outcome based person centred service that delivers support which focuses on the personal, social, emotional, physical and psychological benefits of active participation using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing approach.
